National Company Law Tribunal Rules,2016 Notified
Finally,the National Company Law Tribunal Rules,2016 has been notified on 21st July 2016.
It consists of total of 163 rules and allied forms . 
It has various provisions related to the functioning and powers of NCLT
It  has schedule of fees containining 31 different fees under various provisions of Company Act,1956 as amended
