NCLT, Ahmedabad Became Operational From 1st August 2016

The Honourable National Company Law Tribunal(NCLT), Ahmedabad became operational from 1st August, 2016.

The NCLT,Ahmedabad has two division benches to deal with the matters of the specified jurisdiction.The benches take up matters of IBC and Companies Act.

Jurisdiction

(1) State of Gujarat

(2) Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli

(3) Union Territory of Daman and Diu

However, meanwhile the jurisdiction of Madhya Pradesh is still being exercised by a special Division Bench in NCLT,Ahmedabad  which takes up all matters of Madhya Pradesh on every Thursday and Friday.
