Supreme Court Says No Copyright Exists on the Title of Literary Work

Supreme Court while quashing a criminal case against producer of Bollywood movie “Desi Boyz”, has held that no copyright exists on the “title” of a literary work.

 

Delhi High Court Restrains Marketing or Selling of Items under Royal Enfield Trademarks on eBay.in

Delhi HC has restrained two people from marketing or selling on eBay, products under name of ‘Royal Enfield’, ‘Bullet’ or any other trademark deceptively similar to the ones termed by Eicher Motors Ltd who makes the Royal Enfield motorbikes.
