   Whenever a person approaches a court , then it is the duty of that person to show that he or she has been harmed as a result of law and has Locus standi to get remedy from the  court by way of corrective action .

   In otherwords , the following three elements have to be justified :

   a. Existence of a justifiable Cause

   b. Remedy of Court

   c.Corrective Action
