  • Any name
  • Invented or coined words or any arbitrary dictionary word or words
  • Numerals, letters or its combinations
  • Combination of colours and shapes of goods
  • Shapes of goods and their packing
  • Slogans
  • Monograms
  • Domain Names
  • Devices, including fancy devices or symbols
  • Signatures
  • Sounds (also known as sound marks)
  • Three-dimensional (3-D) marks or sign
