GST Registration

The propsed registration procedures in GST regime are as below :

i.    Existing dealers: Existing VAT,Central excise & Service Tax payers will not have to apply afresh for registration under GST.

ii.     New dealers: Single application has to be filed online for registration under GST.

iii.    PAN based registration number will be given. It will be used for both  Centre and State GST.

 iv.   Unified application to both tax authorities.

 v.    Unique ID GSTIN will be given to each dealer .

 vi.   Deemed approval cum registration within 3 days.

 vii.  Post registration verification in selective and risk based cases only.
