Madhya Pradesh Companies To Fall Under NCLT,Ahmedabad
All companies of Madhya Pradesh (M.P) with share paid up capital upto or less than Rs 50 Lakhs will fall under the jurisdiction of National Company Law Tribunal(NCLT),Ahmedabad.
In case, such companies have share paid up capital higher  than Rs 50 Lakhs then, it will fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi or Principal NCLT Bench, as applicable.
The matters of companies situated in Madhya Pradesh(M.P)which was lying with erstwhile Company Law Board(CLB) will be transferred to NCLT,Ahmedabad and shall be dealt on those dates if any dates were already fixed and granted by CLB.
