Finance Act 2016 is enacted .Finally , President of India has given  assent to Finance Bill 2016  on 14th May 2016 . 
The Finance Bill,2016 was presented in the Lok Sabha on 29th Feb 2016 .Whereas, Lok Sabha  passed the same on 5th May  2016 by the . Rajya Sabha approved it on 11th May 2016 .With the assent The Finance Bill, 2016 now becomes the Finance Act, 2016 (28/2016).
It is pertinent to note that the Finance Bill,2015 also received the assent  of President as Finance Act,2015 only on 14th May 2015 .
